Waterlink now has access to a dedicated plasterboard recycling facility and can provide bulk plasterboard waste removal with planned recycling.
The benefits include financial with no landfill fees or taxes and improved green credentials for your business.
Plasterboard waste should be clean and free from general contamination such as:
- Bonded Insulation board or other boarding
- Plastic, glass, cardboard, brick, concrete and soil
- Containers used to transport the plasterboard should be dry
The gypsum from waste plasterboard is currently supplied to Knauf for use in new plasterboard.
